By Kenneth Schortgen Jr / Examiner.com – On March 16th, President Obama signed a new Executive Order which expands upon a prior order issued in 1950 for Disaster Preparedness, and gives the office of the President complete control over all the resources in the United States in times of war or emergency.
The National Defense Resources Preparedness order gives the Executive Branch the power to control and allocate energy, production, transportation, food, and even water resources by decree under the auspices of national defense and national security. The order is not limited to wartime implementation, as one of the order’s functions includes the command and control of resources in peacetime determinations.
Additionally, each cabinet under the Executive Branch has been given specific powers when the order is executed, and include the absolute control over food, water, and other resource distributions.

CKA- First and foremost, consolidating this much power in one of the three branches of government is not a good idea. There is no check and balance to ensure there is no abuse of power. Government has proven how corrupt it can be and to allow one individual, the president to control all resources is inviting a dictatorial situation.
Even though various departments will have specific responsibilities, they are only carrying out the orders of one individual, the President. In addition, this executive order is not limited to a wartime situation. They can be domestic in nature as well. Which means a manufactured situation to achieve a desired outcome. It does not take a rocket scientist to connect the dots with the passage of the Patriot Act and NDAA and a host of other laws to come to the conclusion that restricting liberties is a priority for the government. Obama just signed into law a bill that restricts peaceful assembly in the presence of any government official that has Secret Service protection.
[H.R. 347] expands current law to make it a crime to enter or remain in an area where an official is visiting even if the person does not know it’s illegal to be in that area and has no reason to suspect it’s illegal.. (read story here:)

Ben Bernanke last month said before the House Finance Services Cmte. that our economy is headed for a “Massive Financial Cliff”. Obviously if this pans out then civil unrest could very well become a reality, setting the stage for Obama to declare Martial Law and suspension of the US Constitution.
Even States are concerned with the over-reaching authority of NDAA and have passed their own resolutions to defy any federal orders and to ensure that their own National Guard did not act unconstitutional towards its citizens, such as illegal detainment, searches or seizure or using force against its citizens. I guess they are worried that they haven’t stolen enough resources from the Third World Countries through the World Bank and the IMF so that now they’re going after our own.

Every step has been planned. They have been perusing the EOs to find the key to a Totalitarian takeover…they figured it out. Don’t forget that Obama has just recently labeled Congress as “Ceremonial”…meaning he has no intention of respecting their authority in ANY matter. IF he could have “legally” passed his own debt ceiling increase, he would have, but he knew better than to try before he had a hold on the power he needs to take over. It has been in the works with EVERY piece of legislation he has had his hands in, and now this EO. Unless he is successfully Impeached..which must happen by a 2/3 vote in the Senate (doubtful, at present) there will be a contrived and manipulated “crisis”, or catastrophe to have a reason to set this and the NDAA in motion. Need I remind you that Napolitano’s definiton of Home grown TERRORIST is anyone with more than a week’s supply of food stocked up, gun ownership, returning veterans, and the members of the Tea Party? Pretty much anyone against the socialization of America. Also, a reminder… Health care law includes: RFID chip to be IMPLANTED no later than 3/21/2013. Complete with transponder. Has banking, health, SS# on it. All you will need to eat (scanned at store to the bank), get healthcare, do banking. Has locator (transponder). Previous drafts of the bill did not elaborate on how this device was to be used. Final version of the bill is clear on implantation. Welcome to 666…?

Before anyone seeks to correct me about what is required for impeachment… I am aware that the House has to start the Resolution. The process was started on March 7, 2012 by the congressman from NC. Transplanted there, but proud to be from a state whose rep finally found his testicles…he now has half as many as Pelosi. I digress… Once it gets through the Judiciary Committee, it will have to be passed as a Resolution with Charges (It is for High Crimes, at present) a simple majority. So the House is hopefully bringing the charges. The Senate will conduct the Trial. It will require a 2/3 vote to convict him. If not it is over. I am thinking it needs to be done and soon, but the timing couldn’t suck rotten eggs any worse. With Reid (who also needs impeaching) standing at the helm of protection for the President, it may be an utter waste of time, further giving this psychotic level narcissist more bluster and balls. Why didn’t people review this man’s past interviews, listen to his words, question his associations, and disqualify him for lying on the legal documents to become President? He denied ever going by another name..He’s up to 4 previous aliases. He has a stolen SS# from a French immigrant that lived in Connecticut and died in Hawaii while his grandmother was in the probate office, and the number just happened not to get turned into Soc. Sec. Admin. He has no COLB–not from the US, ask Arpaio and his world class experts. His mother was too pregnant to fly to the US. In the 60′s air travel was not permitted in the last month of pregnancy. How did we get to this point…idiocy.

Just a whole stack of good questions. What is very apparent is that even if impeached it will never pass the Senate. Over half of them are democrats and there are also several Rhino Republicrats like Lyndsey Graham, Richard Lugar and the ladies from Washington and Alaska. They are all certain the “annointed one” is the 2nd coming. Amerikka has put God and the Constitution in the closet not realizing they are the two lights that have guided our paths to greatness. Shame on the people who were too busy making money, drinking beer and watching sports to pay attention to the evil within.

I piddle…but stay informed. I would be flattered. You have my email, I guess. Let me know. And, the part about the flying…My mother couldn’t fly home to have my brother in 1963 (airline policy–no exceptions), so he was born in Canada while Kennedy was being shot. Only two airlines provided international flights. Obama was born in Kenya. That is why Arpaio can’t get the list for the missing days in August from the archives. Of the people that flew into the country, Stanley Ann Dunham wasn’t on the plane.

Welcome to the Obamanation. Still not convinced we will even have an election in November. If by chance we do you can be certain there will be more cheating than ever. It appears to me that judgement has arrived. As a collective we have shaken our fists in God’s face for too long. He has allowed enemies to arrive from within to execute judgement on the Sheeple. Shame on us for ever allowing the evil to get this ingrained in our society. There is only one way out of this. We must turn back to God. Keep his Commandments, and follow him. Once again man has failed miserably. May God Bless us and May God Bless America.
