Posted by Mike Scarcella:(The BLT)The Justice Department is defending the government’s refusal to discuss—or even acknowledge the existence of—any cooperative research and development agreement between Google and the National Security Agency.

The NSA and Google, how cozy!! NSA will determine what is and what isn’t a threat? Kinda like NDAA, they will determine who and who is not a threat and maybe you’ll be arrested or maybe not?
