Don't shoot, I'm just a kid trying to have a childhood!
The City of Detroit doesn’t have bigger issues to worry about, like epic unemployment, high dropout rates, a decaying infrastructure or crimes committed with real guns or just general crime. Lawmakers in Mo-Town will instead focus their efforts on banning “TOY GUNS”. Yeah I know, some look pretty authentic, but with that said, almost all guns are going to look authentic either from a distance or at night.
This type of nonsense will not save one life. It certainly won’t create any jobs, but it will kill a few at the toy gun manufacturing plant (the American one if there’s any left?) I’m sure Chinese imports will still be allowed. After all, we wouldn’t want to profile. That would be judgmental. If the lawmakers in Detroit had half a brain they would make toddlers get a fake F.I.D.(Fire Arms Identification card) or L.T.C. (License to Carry) for their fake guns, then they could raise revenue for the dying city.
Strike that last thought, I don’t want to give the bleeding hearts in Detroit any ideas. What a joke!
